I spent three delightful nights there, surrounded by the enchanting atmosphere of Fort Kochi, which felt almost like stepping back in time. Joseph, the owner, was the epitome of hospitality—his warmth and knowledge transformed my stay into something truly special. The eco-friendly property was tastefully decorated, with lush plants and local artwork creating a serene escape. I relished the delightful rooftop breakfast, complemented by homemade juice and fresh eggs laid by their own chickens—it doesn’t get more local than that! The communal kitchen and common areas were well-equipped, making it easy to unwind with a cuppa after a day of exploring. As a travel writer with a proclivity for the unique, I appreciated La Lune's prime location near attractions like the Chinese Fishing Nets and Santa Cruz Cathedral.
